Chief Officers and their managers undertake fuller analysis of the structure and develop 'Cases for Change' based on areas where duplication, potential for digitisation and team re-design are identified.

Induction for new Directors takes place

In April, all staff were transferred to the new interim structure – this was known as the ‘lift and shift’. Each member of staff transferred to one of the new Functions and Clusters.

Following consultation, HR processes were implemented to progress the change proposals.
