Understanding the Interim Functional Structure
As you’ll see from the above structure, we have six Functions – of which four have a Director:
- Steve Whyte for Resources
- Andy McDonald for Customer
- Rob Polkinghorne for Operations
- Frank McGhee for Commissioning.
The two smaller functions – Governance and Place are led by Chief Officers, who report directly to the Chief Executive.
Within each Function, there are Clusters. There is a Chief Officer responsible for each Cluster.
Within each Cluster, there are Service Areas, which outline the responsibilities of each Cluster. These are not necessarily specific teams.
If you have any questions, speak to your Chief Officer.
GOVERNANCE – CHIEF OFFICER
PLACE – CHIEF OFFICERS
